"Light shaping" uses laser beams and photosensitive resin to create layered structures based on 3D CAD data, producing physical models that are identical to those designed in 3D CAD in an extremely short time. Compared to complex shape machining, it allows for overwhelming time savings and enables integrated shaping of complex geometries, such as undercuts and hollow shapes, which are difficult to achieve with machining. Transparent light shaping is suitable for fitting checks of enclosures and flow path analysis, and can be utilized in a wide range of fields, including various flow path analyses, prototypes for home appliances and engine development, and organ and skeletal models in the medical field.
